Moving forward takes effort and intention, but it doesn't have to be hard.  Joan is here to facilitate opportunities for you to show up in whatever capacity works for you: 

• We offer monthly, as well as impromptu, events in our hometown of Louisville, KY- if casual and easy is your vibe. 
• We offer 1:1 and group coaching, if a more focused approach is something you seek at this point in your life.  
• We offer workshops and retreats tailored to a group's needs.

Note: Most events are for ages 18+.  But we love working with little ladies for coaching and workshops!
